A deposit is required to book and is NON-REFUNDABLE!! There is 15 minute grace period then appointments are automatically cancelled. we only accept Card and Cash payments. NO E-TRANSFER! Appointments are not booked from sending me a message, a deposit must be paid. No extra guests are allowed as we don’t have a waiting area.
